PMO has provided consultancy support to the Rural Development Agency to modernize its HRM systems
PMO Business Consulting, in frames of the USAID HICD Activity, provided consultancy support to the Rural Development Agency to modernize its HRM systems. The project aimed to assist RDA in aligning its HRM policies and procedures to achieve organizational goals better and meet the EU/IPARD requirements. This will help RDA to become qualified as the EU-like Paying Agency, and get access to EU funds to support rural development.
In the frames of the project, PMO conducted diagnostics of HRM systems, developed internal HR policies and procedural documents, including performance appraisal schemes, and Training Needs Assessment (TNA) methodology, and assisted the agency to implement TNA and develop a respective organizational learning plan. In the frames of the assignment, PMO designed training modules and delivered training to RDA staff in modern HR management policies and practices.
