PMO's team Supported to Establish a Business Support Service Facility for Small and medium-sized enterprise Wineries in Georgia 

The purpose of the assignment was to identify the business support packages that the facility should offer and recommend how these can be optimized for the needs of SME wineries. This will include an analysis of the key constraints to business growth, the types of business support services required, and the efficacy of services currently available to SME wineries in rural Georgia.
