Mystery Consumer Research
PMO conducted an organizational development project, "Mystery consumer research" for Smugglers, an alco store chain. The project consisted of three rounds of mystery customer research and an anonymous survey of the store chain staff. By reviewing internal documents and conducting extensive interviews with the management, PMO team utilized our Sales Diagnostic Tool to analyze sales performance thoroughly. As a result, we have developed recommendations to enhance both corporate sales and management systems.
