Evaluation of the project "Better Education, Participation in Decision-making and Access to Services for Children and Youth"
PMO conducted an evaluation of the project "Better Education, Participation in Decision-making and Access to the Services for Children and Youth" with the goal of supporting the establishment of a society focused on civil awareness. This was done through programs aimed at protecting the interests of individuals in the education and social fields.
The primary purpose of this evaluation was to assess the project's overall achievement and implementation quality, as well as its impact on its beneficiaries. To accomplish this, PMO team assessed the relevance and level of achievement of the project objectives, evaluated the effectiveness, efficiency, and impact of the project interventions, and examined the sustainability of the results.
During the assessment process, a combination of methods was used, including in-depth Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), Key Informant Interviews (KIIs), and a phone-based survey format. Based on the findings, recommendations were developed to assist the project team in modifying their methodology and maximizing their efforts to successfully complete future projects.
The Project was implemented by Youth Pedagogue Union and funded by Brot für die Welt (Bread for the World).
