Final evaluation of the project “EU4Youth: Social Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Development (SEED) for Green Growth in Borderline Regions”
PMO conducted the final evaluation of the SEED project and replication strategy under the EU4Youth framework, overseen by Caucasus Environmental NGO Network (CENN). The evaluation aimed to assess the project's overall achievement, implementation quality and the sustainability of the results.
During the assessment process, a combination of methods was used, including Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), Key Informant Interviews (KIIs), and phone-based surveys. The evaluation covered target countries Armenia and Georgia and analyzed changes resulting from the intervention.
Based on the findings, PMO delivered a comprehensive Final evaluation report and a replication strategy document with recommendations and models focused on youth needs.
