National Survey of Business Associations, Business Support Organizations, and Regional Businesses in Georgia
PMO conducted the National Survey of Business Associations, Business Support Organizations, and Regional Businesses in Georgia. The main objective of the project was to get a more comprehensive understanding of the current situation in the private sector and the primary needs of SMEs located in regions.
Within the framework of the project, the specific needs for business support services and gaps in the business association and business support ecosystem were identified. It included support for underrepresented regions and communities, needs for new services and awareness gaps among companies of the value of associations. In order to reach the aim of the project, PMO team collected and analyzed the information using qualitative and quantitative data collection methods, including desk research, FGDs (Focus Group Discussions), and KIIs (Key Informant Interviews) covering all regions of Georgia.
PMO carried out the National Survey of Business Associations, Business Support Organizations, and Regional Businesses in Georgia with the aim of gaining a more comprehensive understanding of the current situation in the private sector and the primary needs of SMEs located in regions. As part of the project, there was a focus on identifying specific needs for business support services and gaps in the business association and business support ecosystem, with an emphasis on providing support to underrepresented regions and communities. The project sought to address the need for new services and raise awareness among companies about the value of associations. To achieve the project's objectives, the PMO team collected and analyzed information using a combination of qualitative and quantitative data collection methods, such as desk research, Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and Key Informant Interviews (KIIs), covering all regions of Georgia.
