Improving Rural Development in Georgia
PMO's team worked with project partners to conduct needs assessment and develop e-learning course content for rural SMEs. The assignment's main objective was to support the target group in acquiring practical skills for digitalizing their financial management processes, adopting digital tools for diversifying their sales channels and promoting their products and services.
