PMO carried out a project, "Technical assistance for a feasibility assessment of a Business Service Yard (BSY) for the sale of wood products at Nedzvi Managed Reserve (NMR)." The Project aimed to assess the Borjom-Kharagauli National Park, particularly the general feasibility of arrangement and operation in the BSY (Business Service Yard) in Nedzvi.
Our team evaluated the financial feasibility of the business yard and sector-specific technical and social factors, which may affect economic feasibility.
The Project was implemented by Agency of Protected Areas of Georgia and funded by Caucasus National Fund (CNF).
