Business Plan Development

LGB was a newly established company running a vegetable farm and storage facility. The objective of the project was to develop a business plan including a market analysis for vegetables, marketing, management and investment plans and financial projections.

PMO worked closely with agricultural experts in order to develop a business model for the company and determine the optimal size of the necessary land and storage facilities. Combining these variables maximized the NPV, IRR and other important indicators of the project.
