Business Plan Development

The objective of this project was to develop an expansion plan for a dairy farm, which would double its size and give LGB the scope to develop a modern cheese production facility.

PMO studied the operation of the existing dairy farm and milk processing facility and developed a comprehensive business plan covering the expansion process. As a result, the company was able to increase its capacity and improve important financial indicators.
