Business Plan Development
The objective of the project was to develop a business plan for company. Based on the plan, Ltd Austrian Trade Bridge will import the Austrian food brand “Trunkel” products for HORECA industry in Georgia by delivering various sausage specialties of good quality to international brand hotels, as well as restaurants having luxury lines. Apart from HORECA, there will be a special shop in Tbilisi to offer highend sausage specialties to the retail sector. A business plan has qualified in to startup state grant program handled by Partnership fund.
