The company planned to sell its production in the Republic of Dagestan, to a partner entity, which solely produces nonalcoholic beverages.

JSC Kobuleti Tea is a Georgian company operating in Kobuleti, Adjara region. The objective of this project was to create a business plan for the renovation of an existing local factory which had produced tangerine concentrates in the early 90’s. The planned capacity of the renovated plant was 80 tons annually.
