Business Plan Development
The objective of this project was to compose a business plan for building a factory, which would produce semi-finished and granulated food for pigs, cows and chickens. It would have an estimated capacity of 4,000 tons annually and would employ 25 local people.
PMO developed a business plan stipulating an initial project cost of 328,000 USD.
LLC Invet is one of the biggest producers and importers of veterinary products in Georgia. Its annual turnover is 4 million GEL.
