Business Plan Development
Georgian Fruit Product was planning to open a factory to produce Georgian traditional conserve products, including jams and traditional sauces. The objective of this project was to prepare a business plan for the factory, which would have an estimated capacity of 300 tons annually and employ 20 local people.
PMO developed a business plan stipulating an initial project cost of 600,000 USD.
