The creation of the cooperative included the opportunity to engage 3,000 local people in the processing of their own production. PMO developed a business plan stipulating an initial project cost of 780,000 USD.


Cooperative Iberia is a dried herb-packaging factory in Western Georgia with a capacity of 500 tons and a workforce of 20 local employees.
