Business Plan Development
The objective of the project was to assist the company in developing a business plan. PMO prepared a detailed business plan, which stipulated an initial investment of 230,000 USD.
Iberia Fruits LLC is a factory producing dried forest fruits. It works in partnership with the Georgian tea producing company Gurieli and the German company Martin Bauer, planing to expand its activities to the retail market. The estimated production capacity of the proposed new plant was 120 tons, planing employ 20 local people.
