Business Process Optimization
The objective of this Business Process Optimization Project was to identify all the existing business processes of the organization and select a sub-group of these, which were hindering its performance. PMO used various tools to identify more than 70 processes across seven departments and prioritized them according to their level of performance vulnerability. Together with the management of the center, PMO selected and optimized 10 such business processes.
