Business Process Optimization

The objective of this project was to improve performance through optimization of core business processes. After conducting diagnostics on the first stage of the project, corporate strategy was developed and strategic goals of the organization were identified. On the next stage of the project PMO mapped the core business processes and optimized them, providing the client with detailed implementation plan.

Saga Impex has been operating since 1994 in the household heating, cooling and ventilation systems market in Georgia. Over 200 people are employed in 9 different branches.
