Commercial Due Diligence

The objective of the project was to determine the viability of the business in order to help it acquire further sponsorship. PMO conducted a commercial due diligence, analyzed the market for this business and assessed the viability of revenue forecasts and other assumptions. As a result, the company was able to raise a significant amount of money under the guarantee of EGAP.
