Communication strategy of Sveri Adventure Camp
The aim of the communication strategy was to identify and connect the target audience, communication channels, and communication messages by the PMO team for the Via Ferrata attraction located in Sveri Adventure Camp. Within the project, consultants conducted market research to identify preferred activities, communication channels, and communication messages according to target groups.
Via Ferrata attraction values in the Sveri camp in particular were defined for the target groups in order to better analyze each communication message.
