Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) of Policy Reforms on E-Commerce Legal Framework
PMO business consulting prepared a CBA of policy reforms related to the e-commerce legal framework. The CBA captured the overall impact of planned policy interventions, identified related policy costs, and summarized the benefits incurred through the reforms.
Our team closely coordinated with the Economic Governance Program team, state agencies, and relevant industry actors. Our consultants collected relevant data and reviewed draft laws and international and local studies on e-commerce-related challenges to capture all anticipated costs and benefits related to the planned policy intervention in the reform area.
The ultimate objective of CBA was to equip policy-makers with evidence-based information on the anticipated impacts of intended changes in policies and regulations. It aimed to facilitate informed decisions regarding different areas' policies, laws, and regulations.
CBA on e-commerce legal framework was performed as part of the USAID Economic Governance Program.
