PMO provided crisis management plan: developed short-term and long-term oriented communication strategy and action plan. Consultants helped SL Company to develop anti-crisis plan to reach measurable and achievable objectives; developed action plan providing short-term and medium- term steps; with close collaboration with the company's management, PMO redesigned organisation structure and introduce new key functions to meet current challenges; Developed digital marketing Instruments and created a new multi-functioning website for online shopping, delivery, carry-out and drive-thru orders, bundle offers, etc; Introduced CSR plan and trained staff to adapt to new business model.
