The objective of this project was to conduct a restructuring based on the initial diagnostics PMO performed. Having analyzed the market and reviewed the strategy of the organization, PMO revised the staff motivation system and initiated the intensive development of the marketing and sales team. PMO then helped the organization develop a budgeting and sales planning system, as a result the company’s sales significantly increased.
