Development of Key Performance Indicators
The primary objective of this project was to identify Key Performance Indicators for the organization at different levels: strategic, operational and individual. PMO began by identifying the mission, vision and strategy of the organization and then those criteria which could be used for measuring the success of certain strategic initiatives. After developing strategic KPIs, which were further broken down into operational KPIs, PMO produced a document which explained each indicator and how they should be calculated, analyzed and reported.
LEPL National Center for Education Quality Enhancement was founded in September 2010. NCEQE is the legal successor of the National Center for Educational Accreditation and its main mission is to support the development of education in Georgia.
