Strategic Plan Development

The objective of this project was to develop a strategic plan for a Poti-based clothing factory and a vocational education college funded by a UNDP grant. PMO developed a corporate strategy and detailed action plans for its proper implementation.

UNDP established its presence in Georgia in 1993. Sustainable growth and democratic reforms are the focus of UNDP assistance to economic development of Georgia. The agency promotes professional education tailored to the labour market needs and assists local development and small businesses.
