Electronic Waste Recycling Plant Feasibility Analysis
The project aimed to evaluate the viability of setting up a recycling plant in Georgia. The plant was supposed to recycle several categories of electronic waste and sell the by products locally or externally. PMO evaluated all the variable and fixed costs as well as investment costs attributable to the recycling plant and prepared the revenue-cost model showing the project’s feasibility. The prepared document was intended for shaping Extended Producer’s Responsibility (EPR) national strategy for Georgia.
