Executive Roundtable sessions (ERT) on Fundraising and Proposal Development for Adjara Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO)s
The project aimed to conduct Executive Roundtable sessions (ERT) on Fundraising and Proposal Development for Adjara Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO), including Independent Journalists' House, Batumi Education Development and Employment Center, and Batumi Civic Education Teachers Forum.
The project included 23 three-hour ERT sessions to equip participants with the tools to craft fundraising strategies, action plans, and project proposals tailored to their organizational needs. Participants developed comprehensive three-year fundraising strategies and action plans with measurable metrics.
Additional support was provided during the facilitated Project Proposal Development (PPD) meetings, which provided a platform for organizations to showcase their developed project ideas to both public and private sector representatives and amplified their funding prospects.
