The project aimed at providing Executive Round Table (ERT) sessions on strategic communication to support the implementation of the strategic communication process within the six selected public organizations of three municipalities: Khobi Municipality Sakrebulo and City Hall, Senaki Municipality Sakrebulo and City Hall, and Poti Municipality Sakrebulo and City Hall. During the project, 32 ERT sessions were implemented, including five face-to-face meetings. Participants navigated through phases of preparation, strategy communications development, action planning, presentations of the final developed documents, and piloting. The project's direct output was an individual three-year communication strategy and one-year action plan for each selected organization, helping them increase their positive image and raise public awareness about the Municipalities' activities.
