Executive Roundtable Session (ERT) on Strategic Planning
In the frames of the USAID HICD activity, PMO conducted fifteen ERT sessions to support the strategic planning process implementation among the selected cohort organizations.
Under the guidance of our experienced coaches, the participating organizations successfully developed a three-year organizational development strategy along with a one-year action plan. The coaching course incorporated theoretical and practical learning methods, equipping participants with skills for implementing the strategic planning process in their organizations. The course helped participants identify their organizational development needs, transform them into strategic development objectives and design a roadmap to pursue the organizational development goals.
