Executive Roundtable sessions (ERTs) on Fundraising and Proposal Development for Guria Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO)s

The project's objective was to enhance fundraising and proposal development capacities for non-governmental organizations operating in the regions of Guria and Racha. 25 Executive Round Table (ERT) sessions were implemented to promote collaboration, collective learning, and organizational development among the Centre for Participation and Collaboration (CPC), Student and Youth Organization SYC, and Racha Euro Club. The project, through the ERT sessions, included the development of a three-year fundraising strategy and a detailed action plan for each organization, as well as capacity-building training to enhance their proposal writing skills. Each organization developed a project idea and piloted the activities covered in the action plan.
