Establishment of Effective Management System of Business Processes

PMO with the sponsorship of Deutsche Gesellschaft Für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) conducted a business process optimization project in the Ministry of Finance of Georgia. The Project aims at identifying and mapping core business processes of the Ministry, analyzing the mismatches and optimizing them, with the active involvement of Ministry representatives. On the final stage of the project, PMO provided management and process owners with detailed guidelines regarding the methodology and tools to optimize and manage organizational processes.
