Evaluation of Internal Policies

The purpose of the project was to review Cartu Bank’s policy / procedures of selling financial products, assessing the practices of the bank in terms of consumer protection, detect existing gaps and suggest possible solutions. The document was prepared for submission to the National Bank of Georgia.

Cartu Bank is one of the oldest banks in the Georgian banking sector, established in 1996 and currently employing 400 people.
