Executive Round table session (ERT) on Employee Performance Appraisal System Modeling
In frames of the USAID HICD Activity, PMO Business Consulting provided thirteen Executive Round Table (ERT) sessions on Employee Performance Appraisal System Modeling for five representatives of the Poti, Khobi, and Zugdidi municipalities. The Municipalities consist of the City Councils, Mayor, and Mayor's Offices. The program aimed to increase participants' awareness regarding performance management system goals and implementation and to enable them to use performance management tools efficiently. In the interactive coaching sessions, the main emphasis was made on hands-on practices and experience sharing between the coach and participants. In ERT Session, the topics were tailored to participants' needs and requests at the first meeting. During the sessions, the participants examined the current state of their organization in terms of the employee management system and practices, their needs, and challenges that hinder the employee appraisal process. Accordingly, the sessions were focused on eliminating the challenges identified. After the program, they develop proper skills to design performance appraisal models according to organizational goals and context, conduct goal-setting processes, define performance indicators, and develop individualized development plans for their employees.
