Executive Round table session (ERT) on Fundraising
In frames of the USAID HICD Activity, PMO Business Consulting provided thirteen Executive Round Table (ERT) sessions on Fundraising. PMO facilitated collaboration, collective learning, and organizational development in the Non-Profit Budgeting Process for the cohort of selected Non Governmental organizations. The project's main goal was to equip the participants with relevant skills and knowledge on fundraising and utilize them in a natural context. In this regard, the primary learning objectives were for the participant to develop an organizational fundraising strategy independently, develop the donor communication plan and pilot it within the timeframe of the consultancy, and develop technically and contextually strong project proposals. During the project, the participants developed documents that will contribute to their future fundraising efforts: an organizational fundraising strategy, an action plan, a donor communication plan, and a donor map.
