Fuel Market Study
The goal of the project was to analyze the fuel market in Georgia. PMO studied the Oil & Gas industry, identified retail market development potentials for various products and segments, analyzed Socar’s key competitors their positioning and strategies, as well as Socars’s market position as well as, fuel and CNG station efficiency. Based on the results key recommendations for further development of the company’s market positions were developed.
Socar is a multinational company, which operates in six countries. Socar Georgia Petroleum entered the Georgian market in 2006 and currently is one of the largest contributors to the state budget of Georgia.
