School Development Plan
The goal of the project was to develop school expansion strategy and action plan, also to prepare presentation and assist management to raise funds for the school. PMO analyzed potentials and challenges of the market in details and elaborated expansion strategy, including marketing and communication strategy. As a result, Georgian-Austrian School obtained 600 000 USD from global fund for development of the school.
