Georgian Banking Sector and Competitors Overview

The objective of this project was to research the Georgian banking sector and the main players in this market. PMO conducted sector specific market research and analyzed the main players, their strategy, customer groups and product lines. Also, Pasha Bank’s position in the market in comparison to its competitors was evaluated. Based on the project result, Pasha Bank formulated its strategy for the period of 2015-2017.

Pasha Bank is a Baku-based financial institution operating in Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey, providing corporate and investment banking services to large and medium-sized enterprises.
