GRS Strategic Planning and Performance-based Management-Process Review, Training and Assistance in Knowledge Management
The aim of the project is to provide the assistance to the GRS to develop and implement flexible and efficient strategic planning procedures, by optimization of strategic planning processes and capacity improvement of the structural units participating in the strategy development. The scope of the project includes the revealing the existing strategic planning processes and core structural units participating in it, optimization of the processes and conduct capacity development trainings for GRS staff to improve their competences in strategic planning and assist to develop action plan for years 2019-2020 to fulfill strategic objectives.
