Human Resources System Modelling for Tbilisi Legal Entities of Public Law (LEPLs)
The project aimed to advance HR systems for the Academy of the Ministry of Finance, Diplomatic Institute (DTRA), and State Procurement Service (SPA). The primary objective of the project was to assist these organizations in developing their HR administration processes. The project included developing or updating existing job descriptions in line with the organization's needs, enhancing professional and career development systems, conducting comprehensive training needs assessments, determining relevant indicators for performance evaluation, and implementing a performance evaluation system. Additionally, the project aimed to educate cohort member organizations about job analysis, performance management systems, motivation, professional and career development planning goals, implementation, and general challenges, enabling them to utilize appropriate methods and tools effectively.
