Institutional Development and Communication Strategy for the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara
PMO consultants supported the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Ajara (SCA) in developing the 2021-2024 Institutional Development and Communication Strategy and Action Plans. The activity was implemented within the European Union (EU) joint program and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).
The Institutional Development Strategy of the Supreme Council of Ajara is a framework document aimed to increase the efficiency of the Council’s key activities and establishment of a strong institution. An integral part of this document is the Communication Strategy and Action Plan of the Supreme Council, which outlines the strategic vision, goals, objectives, and activities of internal and external communication that will increase the awareness and authority. An Institutional Development Action Plan aligned with the activities given in the action plans of the sectoral committees and the relevant councils.
