In addition, secondary information was processed, and students were surveyed through online questionnaires. The study revealed the main findings that reflect the factors determining the demand of employers in the labor market for food safety and quality specialists, the gaps between the qualifications required by employers and the skills provided, and opportunities of the education system to bridge the gap between supply and demand in the labor market through the training of qualified food safety specialists.
