Market Analysis of Banking Products
The goal of the project was to support the micro finance institution Credo’s transformation into a banking institution and to assist in development of banking products and services. For this reason, PMO delivered a detailed research of competitor banks’ products’ terms and conditions. The product range, to be studied, included lending products, day-to-day banking products and product packages for retail, micro and SME segment clients. Apart from product terms and conditions, the report included an overview of the bank’s strategy, core processes and procedures related to product sales.
Credo was founded in December 2007 and was the leading micro finance institution with 59 branches in Georgia. In 2016 Credo was transformed into a banking institution. CREDO actively supports the development of Georgia’s agriculture sector.
