Optimization of Operational and Quality Management Processes
The project aims to optimize the operational and quality management processes in order to ensure the company has a stable and uninterrupted supply of high quality fuel through the optimized processes. The complete diagnostics and analyzes of supply chain and quality management, including laboratory processes, were determined by optimization proposals. The process of optimizing processes is in process.
Socar is a multinational company, which operates in six countries. Socar Georgia Petroleum entered the Georgian market in 2006 and currently is one of the largest contributors to the state budget of Georgia.
