PMO has done market study and organizational diagnostics in order to identify the main challenges and problems of the company. The diagnostic process included existing market analysis and growth potential, as well as the organization’s internal analysis. PMO made data collection about main players on market, learned market size and their share on it. Also there were learned competitive advantages and demand factors, company’s growth potential. PMO identified and mapped key business processes of the company, identified key risks and problems in the process flow and optimized them. PMO also developed company strategy and structure, including marketing, sales and finance plans.
Agrovita was established in 2008. The company is the official partner of German chemical company "BASF" in Georgia. The company supplies Georgian agriculture with the high quality European plant protection products.
