Organizational Strategy Development and Organizational Structure Improvement
The objective of this project was to develop organizational strategy for SOCAR Energy Georgia, to redesign organizational structure aligned to the strategy of the company. On the first stage of the project, three level organizational diagnostics was performed – at the management, process and job levels. PMO identified the main challenges of the company and defined the organizational development strategy. Afterwards, PMO redesigned the structure of the company in a way which enabled them to efficiently implement the company’s strategy.
Socar is a multinational company, which operates in six countries. Socar Energy Georgia is the largest importer of oil and gas products in Georgia.
