PMO Business Consulting was working on market research and product development project with Unicard. PMO undertake many interviews with relevant stakeholders and create online research. Implementing a relevant pricing systems was essential to the success of this project. One of the key findings of the project was the finding of the strategic partner, for launching new product.
Unicard is the first universal Loyalty Program in Georgia, which unifies 350 partner companies in Georgia and offers different benefits to the customers.
