Program Exit Strategy for PROCEED Project implemented by HEKS-EPER and ELKANA within the framework of ENPARD program
The objective of the project is to develop Program Exit Strategy for PROCEED program, which is implemented in Dedoplistskaro municipality by HEKS-EPER and ELKANA, within the framework of ENPARD program. The program is completing its activities in November 2020 and aims to develop exit strategy that helps to ensure the sustainability of the attained results and maintaining the trust of beneficiaries and local population towards the program. Our team conducted a detailed assessment of program documents and conducted interviews and focus groups with direct and indirect stakeholders of the program. Based on the results, the Program Exit Strategy will be developed, which includes the Exit Communication Strategy with Direct and Indirect Stakeholders, including beneficiaries, municipality representatives, other donor organizations, as well as service providers that were performing different services commissioned by program team.
