Project Evaluation
The role of PMO was to conduct an independent evaluation of the above mentioned project. PMO assessed its efficiency and effectiveness, the sustainability of its results and the relevance of the actions CENN had taken. PMO collected information at various levels from project stakeholders and developed a project evaluation document, which was shared with and reviewed by CENN and the project sponsor.
CENN is the largest and most influential environmental NGO in Georgia. It had implemented a large scale project in the field of capacity building of local communities regarding environmental issues, financed by the European Commission.
