Project Sustainability Improvement and Exit Planing

PMO advised Care International Caucasus on the sustainability improvements of one of the components of a four year Integrated Water Resource Management Project, financed by USAID. The component was related to the informal education of environmental issues in Georgian high schools. PMO assisted Care in developing an optimal legal, institutional and financial structure for the Alliance of Ecoclubs of Georgia, a legal entity (NGO), which should take responsibility for uniting and maintaining the activities of Ecoclubs established in 38 schools in the target regions of Georgia.

Care International Caucasus is the local division of an international humanitarian organization fighting poverty and providing disaster relief. The organization has been working in the Caucasus since 1988.
