The aim of the consulting project was to research companies and their business relationships with neighboring countries and explore opportunities for banking service improvement.
PMO performed in depth face-to-face interviews with C-level management in 152 selected companies. The collected information was analyzed and presented to the management, based on which strategic goals of the bank were developed.
